EAT THIS Fast & Fresh is a 100% gluten free dedicated kitchen serving The Woodlands, Spring, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North and nearby North Houston communities. There is no wheat flour in our kitchen, and we follow strict practices to protect customers with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity.
Every meal is prepared from scratch with fresh proteins, vegetables, herbs and sauces made in our own kitchen. Our meals are chilled and ready to reheat, with full ingredients, macros and reheating instructions printed on the label. Most entrées include a full 6 ounce portion of protein and weigh more than one pound.
No subscription or preorder is required. Walk in and choose from the stocked cooler, order online for pickup, or request meal delivery in The Woodlands and Spring. Family size meals are also available for preorder.
Our kitchen is also completely seed oil free. We cook with avocado oil only. Many meals can support dairy free, soy free, allergy aware and GLP 1 friendly needs. Contact us with your dietary questions or ask for a kitchen tour during weekday kitchen hours.
