EAT THIS Fast & Fresh is a completely seed oil free scratch kitchen in The Woodlands area. We do not use canola, soybean, sunflower, safflower, corn, cottonseed or vegetable oil. Every entrée, sauce, dressing and marinade is made with avocado oil.
Seed oils often appear in restaurant sauces, dressings and prepared ingredients even when they are not obvious on the menu. At EAT THIS, our standards apply to the entire kitchen. We review the ingredients we purchase and prepare our sauces and dressings from scratch so customers can make informed choices.
Choose chef prepared meals made with grass fed, grass finished beef, all natural chicken, fresh seafood, vegetables and herbs. The cooler is stocked for walk in grab and go service. Pickup, delivery, family size meals and corporate catering are also available.
Ingredients and macros are clearly labeled. Our kitchen is also 100% gluten free and uses no wheat flour. Customers are welcome to ask questions and see how their food is prepared.
